The same sources added: "The proposals were specialised and submitted to the institutions and will be submitted to the European Union's institutional bodies too. They constitute a realistic approach for an immediate agreement in the framework of February 20 Eurogroup. The Greek government has shown responsibility and willingness for a political solution.
